They had to come in after another company couldn’t figure out what was going on with my system. They went above and beyond and I believe didn’t charge me half of what they should’ve. The way Chip handled everything from start to finish was exactly how you would want an owner of a company to handle things."

Great review from Sandra H.... "This company is so professional. They came to do an annual maintenance on my air conditioners. They were thorough they went above and beyond. We found a family a baby possums under my house. The service person gently repositioned them and continued with this work. I found this to be amazing. I was very pleased with the photos they took before and after, so they were able to show me what they had done, this is their common protocol. They also wore slippers in the house, very customer focused.
I’m so pleased I’ve signed up for the annual contract, they service my units four times a year.

We had a wonderful experience with Coastal Cooling and Chip! From start to finish, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. They guided us through the entire process of replacing both of our A/C units, along with the ductwork, and made what could have been an overwhelming project feel easy.

We especially appreciated that they worked with us to get everything completed before we moved into our new home. Their communication, professionalism, and customer service were excellent throughout the entire process.

We are so thankful for Chip and the Coastal Cooling team and would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work!"
