And if you aren’t getting a 2nd option quote from Coastal, you're throwing away possible savings … in my case, almost $600."

Adam came within an hour from me speaking to Heidi (which is pretty incredible), did a very thorough maintenance of the AC and air handler, cleaned the drain and installed a smart thermostat which also required new wiring. He spent at least an hour inspecting and cleaning the units, whereas normally I’d expect a technician barely look at them. The price was very reasonable considering the quality of service provided."
