As much as I love a good clean house moment, I do have to stay a little organized on my end too 😅🧽

For all move-out cleans, deep cleans, and new clients (including bi-weekly bookings), I do require 2–3 weeks notice for scheduling. My calendar is usually filled at the beginning of each month, and I often book out in advance.

I’m typically fully scheduled with my regular clients, so same-week or last-minute bookings usually aren’t possible unless there’s a cancellation.

All payments are due prior to service, the day before, or the day of cleaning. Payment is required within 24 hours after completion and final inspection.

Late payments beyond 24 hours may result in late fees unless there is an emergency or valid explanation, which may be considered for exception.

If there are any concerns with the service provided, clients must notify us within 24 hours of completion so we can address the issue, correct it if needed, or discuss an adjustment such as a partial refund or pricing review.

I’m pleased to share that this Wednesday marks my final day of massage therapy classes. With that milestone, I will be resuming my regular cleaning business hours and availability.

Moving forward, I will have increased scheduling flexibility beyond my previous Monday and Friday availability.

At this time, my May schedule is nearly fully booked, with only a limited number of appointments remaining. If you are interested in securing a spot, please feel free to message me directly to check availability or to schedule upcoming services.
