Prepare accurate cost estimates and project proposals
Manage projects from bidding through closeout
Collaborate with clients, subs, and internal teams
Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high-quality results
✅ What we're looking for:
Proven experience in estimating and project management in the grading and site works industry
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
