If it doesn’t shut like this, it’s not one of ours! All doors fully insulated, with flashing tape under the brick moulding to properly envelope your house. If you can’t close it or open it with just a flick of the wrist, it’s not swinging like it should be!

After several years of collecting, the homeowners here were finally ready to start this wall covering project. We broke down and custom fit hundreds of wine boxes to make this totally custom project for the basement of a historic house here in Wilmington. This was a really fun project and had been something the homeowners had been wanting to do for some time. We're always happy to bring someone's vision to life! The walls feature wines from Erath Winery DAOU Vineyards Silver Oak Cellars Caymus Vineyards and many more! More photos featured in the comments.

This house out in Monkey Junction had some pretty bad water damage on the cedar shake siding that was caused by a backed-up gutter. We pulled the shutter down, removed all the affected shakes and replaced them with brand new cedar. Everything was cut clean and sealed to the house at the window, corner and soffit with QUAD MAX to guarantee no future damage to the underlayment. We're always interested in doing your difficult home repair projects, and always make sure to cover and protect any finished surfaces, even outside.

Last week we buttoned up some exterior repairs on a house built in 1860. the framing on the porch was starting to rot, so all problematic areas were replaced with kiln dried pressure treated lumber and had new bolts, lags and carriage bolts installed around the entire structure. We love doing repairs on these pieces of history!

I found this video I took explaining how to find the correct angle for some wooden siding going onto a dormer, where the intersecting roof pitch was an 8/12 This one if from back in 2021. The great thing about using math in your carpentry is that if the numbers are right, the project will be right too.
