Home builder put the refrigerator in the middle of the kitchen messing up the flow and reducing counter space.

I cut a hole from the kitchen into the corner of the garage. Sheetrocked it moved the fridge to the new location build a storage cubby above the fridge to match the other doorway Heights. Got some matching cabinets and countertop to extend the counter space.

Making a dream come true. This customer called me to repair a gutter that had fallen off of her screen room. When I got there it was so much more than that. The entire screen room was rotting. The gutter had fallen off because of the fascia was rotting. All the screen was torn and animals were running through it. This elderly customer called me because her husband spoke highly of me before he passed away. She was having difficulty going down the basement steps to do laundry. I not only repaired all of her water damage and rot issues. I converted her useless dilapidated screen room into a beautiful all season room. I relocated her laundry units into that area, so that she would no longer have to go down those steep and dangerous stairs. Having her laundry on the main floor was a dream of hers for more than 20 years. Making dreams come true. How fortunate am I. I truly love what I do.

My name is Nick, I wanted to say thanks for the group. I have been in business for 25 years. I have built everything from bird houses, dog houses, outhouse, well houses, spring houses, chicken houses, 4 bedroom houses, and multi family houses. I do everything from leaking faucets to huge renovations and additions. I have a bunch of regular customers who are always looking for starter plants. I do alot of landscaping, gardens, rock walls, paver walkways, pergolas, arbors and swing sets. I am currently building handcrafted cedar planter boxes for a couple of my regulars. Unused garden tub turned into a walk-in closet

Spare bedroom turned into a Spa bathroom. A small bedroom that wasn't being used with a small window and no View converted into a relaxing Spa bathroom with a picture window to look out on the lake and the bird feeder, a huge jetted tub, some rustic distressed tiles, artwork, some plants, and a stained glass piece to separate the water closet while still adding beauty and natural light. Only took a few days.

Check out the before and after on these 50 year old cabinets. 1970s cabinets made by the Bean Station cabinet company. I removed these cabinets from one customers mom's home, stripped the finish off, sanded, and applied new clear coat. Then installed them in another customers cabin style home I have been helping him with for years. He was very happy with these one of a kind vintage pine cabinets. Living thier second life for another 50 years.
