Another project moving right along in Houston, Missouri 🇺🇸🔥

This week we completed the open-cell spray foam insulation in the walls, upstairs walls, and floor joists for sound deadening in these new apartment buildings. Open-cell foam is a great option for helping reduce noise transfer while also creating a more energy-efficient and comfortable living space.

Once drywall is complete, we’ll be returning to spray the ceilings and finish sealing these buildings up tight.

💥Before any foam was applied, every exposed beam and surface was carefully prepped and protected to ensure a clean, professional finish. Taking the time to properly prepare a space like this is what allows us to deliver consistent, high-quality results.

💥We installed open cell foam along the roofline and the center wall, creating an energy-efficient envelope while also adding effective sound separation between the home and shop areas.

When it comes to spray foam, the final result is only as good as the prep behind it—and that’s something we never cut corners on.✅

Shoutout to Apex Custom Homes for trusting us to be part of this build!

During the first stage we spray foamed the walls and installed batt insulation for sound deadening, helping create a quieter, more comfortable living space. After drywall was completed, we came back to spray open-cell foam across the attic ceiling to seal the home and maximize energy efficiency.
