Positive: Professionalism
I cannot express enough how happy I am with the experience I had with Quad Electrical Services.
From the moment I reached out to them, I was treated like a valued customer before I truly was one at all. Jesse was a pleasure to work with. I called seeking a second opinion after another electrician told me the work I wanted done wasn't possible. A lot of guys wouldn't have even bothered looking into it further after hearing that, but if anything, Jesse seemed motivated to do what the competition said could not be done. Jesse is a positive dude. He was full of ideas and seemed eager and excited to bring my wants a reality. Very soon after speaking with him, he showed up and confirmed that he could, in fact, get the job done. He quickly provided me a quote that was more than reasonable; so much so that it freed up my budget so much that I added on a lot more work than what I had intended initially!
He and his crew were able to come back out within the week to start the job! They were punctual, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and they worked hard to finish the job in one day! A job that included installing 17 can lights, a few dimmer switches, removing old fixtures and replacing several outlets. From start to finish, I was kept in the loop every step of the way.
We are beyond happy with the end result of their work and just as satisfied with the overall experience Jesse and his team provided. If you're looking to have any sort of electrical work done, do yourself a favor and reach out to Quad Electrical Services. You won't regret it!
