We are looking for dependable, hardworking people who know how to safely operate equipment and show up ready to work.

Schedule:
• Working 6-10s/ 8+weeks
• Must be dependable and able to show up on time

Positions may include operating:
• Excavators
• Dozers
• Skid steers
• Backhoes
• Loaders
• Other heavy equipment as needed

What we’re looking for:
• Experience operating heavy equipment
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to follow safety procedures
• Willingness to work as part of a crew
• Pipeline, dirt work, construction, or industrial experience is a plus

As National Safety Month comes to a close, our company reviews the fourth and final weeks topic “Slips, Trips & Falls”. Understanding one of the leading causes of workplace injuries comes from this topic and how it affects nearly every industry. The good news is that many of these incidents can be prevented through awareness, teamwork, and a proactive safety culture. Knowing that most employees probably will not remember what’s on page 4 of their safety manuals, but they will remember when a leader was concerned about their safety.

This week’s key points included:
Regular inspections of walking and working surfaces
Follow safe ladder and elevated-work practices
Good housekeeping and spill-response procedures
Proper footwear and slip-resistant options

It’s a great reminder that safety isn't something we focus on just in the month of June, it's a commitment we make every single day. It’s included in every conversation, every inspection, and every action, no matter how big or small. This role is something we take seriously, which helps us in building a stronger safety culture where people feel supported, empowered to speak up, and confident that their wellbeing comes first. At the end of the day, our goal is simple and it’s that everyone goes home safely to the people who matter the most to them.

Our office will be closed on Friday, July 3rd in observance of Independence Day. This Independence Day is especially meaningful as we celebrate America's 250th Birthday! While we are celebrating this holiday, we honor the sacrifices, courage and vision it took the men and women who came before us who helped shape our nation.
