It was sad talking and slow walking after this carrier condenser caught a stray bullet. I’m no ballistics expert but by the evidence tag my guess would be 40 caliber. FYI to all my fellow techs, carriers warranty doesn’t cover drive by shootings 😂! Seriously though, be careful out there guys especially in the dirty D!🔫

Poor thing it was nothing we could do for her😂! I could have saved us 2 hours if I’d noticed the entire pad covered in oil. Hole in the bottom of the muffler. We tried a re-pipe by pass but this heat pump wasn’t having any of that. Despite lost time and labor TMB crediteythe entire service today towards the new system going in tomorrow. To be continued.
