As we come to a completion of several new homes here in Ruidoso, we are in the need a a small detail crew who can come in and do touchups, misc things such as door k***s, appliance settings, detail cleaning, washing windows, setting screens, caulking, siliconing. Looking for all misc details needing more attention. The idea is to have a crew make a house show room worthy and ready for the customer to take the keys. We are currently seeking a grounds keeper with expertise in light carpentry, yard work, and shop maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing three properties and one shop area. Key responsibilities will include yard maintenance, minor construction, landscaping, and operating machinery. Proficiency in operating a skidster, riding mower, weedeater, chainsaw, and performing routine machine maintenance and light mechanical tasks is essential. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be punctual, productive, neat, organized, honest, and refrain from smoking and drinking. Compensation will be based on experience and demonstrated productivity. Strong references and a solid reputation are required. Opportunities for growth and advancement are available. The selected candidate will be expected to manage daily schedules and meet deadlines. Note to all of you who think that construction dumpsters are there for you to throw away your personal trash, furniture, lawn mowers. You have been seen job cams has your license plates and you will be reported or fined for trespassing. You might even find your trash on your front porch. We have been monitoring our construction dumpsters as they are paid for by people who are trying to rebuild from the fires and floods. Have some respect and take your trash to the proper locations. Why should people who lost everything have to pay to dispose of your trash!

Hello Everyone,
Here are some changes made to the new energy code by CID. The insulation in ceilings will not change now. It will remain at R-49. Walls will increase from R-19 to R-30. There are several ways to accomplish this so talk to your contractor for your options. Please share this so it can get out to the people who need it.

❤️💎👑 Starts Thursday, June 27th ❤️💎👑

We made it back home today and will spend tomorrow setting up at Diamond In The Rough - Ruidoso 595 Gavilan Canyon Road.

We will be providing FREE food, iced teas, coffee, sweets, slushes and a BIG hug if you need one.

We will have tables set up, jumpy house, giant Jenga, giant connect 4, corn hole, coloring books, crafts for the kids etc.

So when you need a break and the kids need to run off some energy stop by and relax.

To everyone who has reached out to me to check their property, we will check on things when where clear to move around. Right now the mayor, and authorities are doing a bang up job tending to things. We will be respecting their wishes to stay out of the burn areas. The floods are still predicted to hit. If you have anything your needing checked immediately contact the Sherriff department. They are doing checks for people. The best thing anyone can do right now is trust your elected officials and keep them in your prayers. God bless you all.
