Joshua & Russell Johnson were raised in construction, working with their late father's roofing company through their teenage years. They have both explored many other career options, but they always return to their roots and have worked under several other companies in and around Ruston. In 2015, they decided to strike out on their own and One & Done Construction was born! Currently, they are not

licensed and they are not insured, but those goals are on the horizon! Russell is father to three daughters and one son. Josh is happily married for ten years and has two daughters, one son, and one foster child. They are both active members in their church and strive to honor Christ through every facet of their lives, including their business--"for the Mighty ONE has DONE great things for me-- holy is his name" Luke 1:49
