Summary: Qualified journeyman is an installer of all certified manufacture roof systems.

This will be achieved by performing the following duties.

Essential Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

· Works as directed in a safe and efficient manner per industry standards and regulations.
· Meets with Foreman to go over specific job requirements.
· Knows the system thoroughly, including details, application and processes.
· Takes periodic inventory of materials during construction and notifies foreman, with enough lead time to make a make-up order.
· Communicates effectively with Foreman.
· Consults with Foreman on issues with crew members concerning issues of misbehavior or other inappropriate behavior that could compromise safety, or the integrity of others employees and Kodiak.
· Ensures proper care when in the use of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety practices.
· Maintains adherence to company policies, safety standards and good housekeeping practices.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. · Education and/or Experience: Must have experience installing roofing systems and siding.

· Mathematical Skills: Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of weight measurement, volume, and distance.
· Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
· Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic knowledge of Internet software and the Microsoft Office Suite of products. Knowledge of Internet and email

One of our recent project completions in Sacramento. You're looking at the Sacramento City Unified School District's new Central Kitchen. We installed the entire exterior envelope of this project which included 17,928 square feet of metal wall panels and 46,255 square feet of single-ply roofing. 👌

63,000+ square feet of metal install coming right up! Here's a new highschool going in on the south end of Lincoln, CA in the Twelve Bridges community. Our team has been working hard installing every bit of metal roof and wall panels you see! Completed photos will come once the entire project is finished.
