🚨🚨🚨 COMPLETED PROJECT!!!🚨🚨🚨

Here we have a beautifully renovated Pocket area home! We had the pleasure to work with one of the BEST interior designers on the west coast Ron Robinett. To date this has been one of my favorite projects and one of my favorite clients. There was many hours spent going over every detail and making sure the overall vision was brought to life.

We added an office that is accessed from the primary room and also a complete walk-in closet with recessed lighting and added receptacles. Changed the configuration of the kitchen and also added a beautiful custom black 12ft sliding glass door. Honed travertine tile throughout the home. Ron had the idea of a more robust foyer space and to accomplish that we moved the hallway about 4ft and went with a board and batten finish for the foyer, brilliant idea I must say.

🚨🚨🚨WORK UPDATE!!!🚨🚨🚨

Happy New Year from the Executive team!🎉

We are starting the new year off with a blast! Here we have one of our most recently completed projects for some wonderful clients that are now more like family! This project has been in the making for almost two years😲! From working with our engineers to going through the permitting process with the city, it has been a journey to say the least. My clients have a cottage in their backyard that was built by the original owner in the 1950s and the original construction had some major flaws.

Once we completed our initial investigative demo, we uncovered all sorts of issues with the electrical, plumbing and framing. My clients and I put our heads together to attack this building in the most cost efficient way but make it as up to date as possible. I must say, we KNOCKED IT OUT THE PARK!🎊 We added a few shear walls and hold downs and some support beams for the framing. All the old k**b and tube electrical came out and all new electrical wiring and brought in a sub-panel so they will no longer have any electrical problems. Placed the receptacles exactly where it would benefit my clients the most. All new insulation throughout the building. Re-plumbed the complete space and added plumbing for the upcoming outdoor kitchen we will start soon. When it comes to the details of a newly constructed space, we communicate with our clients to make sure we achieve exactly what they envision.

🚨🚨🚨KITCHEN REMODEL🚨🚨🚨

Hello Facebook! We haven’t been active with updates recently but we’re baaaack! Here is a beautiful kitchen we remodeled for some wonderful clients. We replaced all cabinets with white shaker style cabinets. Farmhouse sink plus new lighting and of course countertops! The extension of the island was a nice touch also. 🚨***** WORK UPDATE*****🚨

So one of my New Years resolutions was to post more often on Facebook. Here we are pushing middle of May and I think this is my second business post😣. I will be better because my accountability partner will make sure of it(Bryon)😁.

Here is a project we completed some months ago but I thought I should share this one since we started this project the first of the year😬. We remodeled all three bathrooms in this home within two months and our clients lived in the home through the entire process; talk about team work! The master bathroom was a complete tear out and we actually built a water closet(recommend by our foreman😎). We took the shower from a cramped space you could barely bend over in and extended it exactly to our clients liking! Tile to the ceiling and behind the bathtub also extending to the vanity backsplash. In one of the two guest bathrooms we replaced the bathtub, tile and vanity top. The third bathroom was a facelift (paint, flooring and vanity top).

We have been very fortunate to build great working relationships with our clients that actually have turned into real friendships☺️. Please give us feedback on this project!
