Before and after of this room remodel. Found and fixed the water leak. Repaired and textured drywall, removed and replaced tile floor, changed all electrical outlets, replaced painted doors, installed new window and repaired stucco, added new painted trim/baseboards, installed wall paneling throughout the closet, and painted.

A hidden roof leak turned into major damage for this homeowner’s bedroom. After a full inspection, we discovered broken roof tiles, severely damaged underlayment, and rotted wood throughout the roof and fascia.

With this being an older roof, tracking down matching replacement tiles took some extra effort — but we got it done right. Our team replaced all damaged wood, installed new waterproofing, and replaced the broken tiles to restore the integrity of the roof and protect the home from future leaks.

He sprayed the texture, and I came through and knocked it down—it’s one of those imperfect finishes that ends up looking just right. Adds a ton of character and makes the whole space feel fresh again.
