🏠 Sneak Peek at This Complete Home Remodel! 🔨

Here’s a look at just one section of this incredible transformation!

We started by removing an old, leaking water heater and relocating and replacing it with a new tankless water heater. This required installing new gas lines, water lines, and electrical to properly accommodate the new system.

During demolition, we uncovered extensive water damage to the subfloor and floor joists, requiring complete removal and replacement of the damaged areas to restore the structure and ensure everything was solid and built to last.

As part of the kitchen remodel, we also installed new kitchen cabinets, laminate flooring, and new baseboards, giving this space a fresh, updated look.

And this is just the beginning! 👀

We can’t wait to show you the completed kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, new laminate flooring, and beautiful new baseboards throughout the entire home.

🏡 Another successful renovation completed!

We’re excited to share the finished results of this extensive exterior renovation.

Over the course of this project, we completed:
✔️ Replaced siding on the gable trusses, around the garage door, and the porch wall
✔️ Replaced fascia across the front of the home
✔️ Repaired and replaced approximately 300 sq. ft. of roofing
✔️ Rebuilt all handrails
✔️ Replaced exterior trim throughout the home
✔️ Installed two new windows and a new garage entry door
✔️ Replaced the beams supporting the back porch
✔️ Completed structural repairs, including replacing the beam above the garage door
✔️ Replaced front porch beams and added additional support posts for long-term strength
✔️ Professionally color-matched and painted all completed work for a seamless finish

As a thank-you to our customers, we also provided a complimentary yard debris cleanup and pressure washed all of the exterior concrete to leave the property looking its best.

Projects like this are about more than improving curb appeal—they’re about restoring the integrity, safety, and longevity of a home.

Farmhouse Restoration Update – Sheridan Project
We’ve made great progress on this farmhouse after uncovering extensive water damage throughout several areas of the home. Our team completed numerous structural repairs to restore the home’s integrity, including replacing the beam above the garage door and repairing damaged framing.
Additional improvements include:�• Replaced siding, fascia, and trim�• Replaced and wrapped the support posts on the back porch�• Installed new handrails throughout�• Added additional roof support to the front porch for increased strength and stability
This week we’ll be buttoning up the work completed so far and preparing the home for paint. It’s exciting to see this project coming back to life while ensuring it’s built to last for years to come.

Structural Repair & Restoration Project

After uncovering extensive water damage and severely deteriorated support beams and posts that were compromising the roof’s structural integrity, our team completed a full replacement of all damaged beams and posts. To further strengthen the structure and provide additional long-term stability, we also installed an additional support post.

We also completed the siding and fascia replacement , restoring both the structural integrity and exterior appearance of the home.

Here are progress photos showcasing the siding and fascia installation. Will update with more photos once job is complete.

Another chandelier replacement project was successfully completed at Ethan Allen in Roseville, and we are thankful for their continued partnership over the past couple of years.

Before and after of this room remodel. Found and fixed the water leak. Repaired and textured drywall, removed and replaced tile floor, changed all electrical outlets, replaced painted doors, installed new window and repaired stucco, added new painted trim/baseboards, installed wall paneling throughout the closet, and painted.
