A lot of people do not realize how many different parts that have to work together for a company to grow. Especially, that is attempting to grow into the biggest minisplit company in the entire United States. I would definitely say we are by far the biggest in the Midwest.

This is Jordan Shrader. You will never see him on a commercial, an ad, or none of that (he likes to stay off hidden in the corner). He is the guy keeping us all scheduled, all the material ordering, all of the job permitting, all the unit ordering, and the most important, paying all of us (just kidding, not the most important). Jordan is one of us 3 owners. Jordan did not start the company with Big Jess and I, but he trusted us. He believed that we had something that would be absolutely huge one day. When I started this, alot of people laughed and made jokes, but not Jordan. Jess and I are so thankful that he agreed to join us. I promise you this, we would not be where we are today if he would have not joined the team. He is going above and beyond of what we ever asked of him. So from all us in the company, THANK YOU!!!! You are the best at what you do, and would not trade this guy for anyone in the world.

We all realize that sometimes people have their own personal preference in a lot of things that they purchase. This either being the clothes that you wear, the car that you drive, the brand of foods you eat, or even sometimes your home appliances. We have been doing a lot of research between the Mitsubishi and LG units, and there is not a whole bunch of difference, except that LG gained about 4 of the main engineers from Mitsubishi recently. So after looking at pretty much the same designed unit, and thousands of dollars in overall pricing, we decided to go with LG. We will still be a Cooper&Hunter dealer, because we absolutely love that brand, we will just be offering another brand.
