The new standards for B Corp certification challenge companies to be more specific about their impact, more accountable in their actions, and committed to continuous improvement.

At Nova, these standards aren’t aspirational — they’re embedded in how we operate every day.

Here are a few examples of what that looks like in practice:
✔️ Measured impact, not assumptions. Nova completed verified GHG emissions inventories for 2023 and 2024 in alignment with the GHG Protocol, establishing a credible baseline to inform future reduction targets.
✔️ Carbon‑neutral client deliverables. Every Nova client report is produced on a carbon‑neutral basis, with remaining emissions offset through verified climate projects in partnership with Climate Impact Partners.
✔️ People‑first governance. B Corp values are embedded directly into our annual review process, reinforcing accountability across leadership and teams.
✔️ Employee‑led action. Volunteer‑based committees drive initiatives across creativity, sustainability, wellness, community outreach, health & safety, and communications — ensuring impact is shaped by the people doing the work.
✔️ Community investment. In 2025 alone, Nova employees contributed 554 volunteer hours, supported reforestation efforts through One Tree Planted, and partnered with mission‑aligned nonprofits locally and globally.

Some of these commitments are part of our everyday work. Others represent meaningful changes in how we operate. All of them reflect standards worth standing for.
