Inspectors meet with contacts at commercial properties and walk the property looking for damage and other issues. Independent contractors receive a 1099 tax form each year and are responsible for their own taxes. Did you know that we offer online training on our inspection software? Anyone working for us can attend training to learn how our systems work, or to get refresher training if it's been a while since you've done one of our inspections. We cover navigating through the system, how to find the instructions and inspection requirements, how to fill out the inspection forms, and uploading and captioning photos. We also go over photo examples of a typical inspection so you can see what type of photos our clients are looking for, how they should be captioned, and the general order in which they should be numbered.
