Your voice is our chapter’s strength. As we look toward the 2026-2027 term, the NAWIC Salt Lake City chapter is focused on selecting the leadership team that will guide our initiatives in the coming year.
We are pleased to introduce an incredible slate of candidates ready to step into leadership roles. We invite all our members to review the candidate bios below and join us at our next meeting to participate in the selection process.

This achievement would not have been possible without our incredible WIC Week Committee and Marketing Committee. Last week's NAWIC Design Drafting Competition Banquet was more than just a celebration—it was a glimpse into the future of the AEC industry.

We had the privilege of hosting Michael Perez, Principal at Infinity Point Architects as our guest speaker. His journey was powerful, honest, and deeply inspiring, resonating not just with students, but with everyone in the room. Moments like that remind us how important it is to share real stories with the next generation.

And the true highlight of the evening was the students.

Their drawings weren’t just projects—they were the first steps toward careers in architecture, engineering, and construction. Competitions like this do more than recognize talent; they create exposure, build confidence, and spark interest in an industry that needs the next generation of thinkers, designers, and builders.

Seeing families and teachers show up to support these students made it even more meaningful. It takes a community to inspire a career path.
This is exactly how we grow the future of the AEC industry by investing early, encouraging creativity, and showing students what’s possible.
