I need a clever electrical engineer. More clever than myself, obviously. One who understands simple software development and electrical hardware design. Preferably with a background in pcb design and/layout. If you know this person, send them my info. I will pay cash for any working system described below:
Need a circuit designed and software to run the following requirements below:
1) Must be as small as possible, preferably the size of an Arduino nano (max dimensions are as follows: (Length 2.5 inches, Width 1 inch, Height 0.5 inches) This measurements do not include the LCD display.
2) This circuit will act as a timed on/timed off continuous countdown timer, controlling a 5v relay that will engage during the time on and disengage for the time off.
3) Must interface with IIC/ I2C/ TWI LCD Serial Interface Adapter and LCD Module Display Backlight Compatible with Arduino (equivalent or better, dealers choice.)
4) Must contain 4 push buttons that do the following:
A) set time up
B) set time down
C) Start/stop
D) reset
5) Adjustable time range must be from 0 seconds to 24 hours (over is ok, under is not)
6) Must run on 9v DC battery
7) Display will state “spray time on” (for relay time on, on top portion of display) and “spray delay” on bottom (for relay time off).
8) Circuit will also need to employ a type K thermocouple reading and display out to same lcd as circuit above.
Anything above is a requirement, what’s below would be nice to have but not necessary.
1) A software sense that when the temp goes past a threshold the relay on turns on until the temp goes down.
2) A wireless thermocouple
