We hope everyone has been enjoying this beautiful spring 🌱 🌼 weather
Here another job we were happy to help our customer with! Now the customer is a diy only thing is, this is a bit to much for one person and she is too busy to take care of a big project she wanted done asap!! So reach out to us again to give us her request. "Can you guys help me turn my garage into a tiny home?
She only wanted us to handle to big project such as:
Install insulation & drywall texture
Close in the water heater to not be visible in room under stairs (access panel)
Install two pantry in corner of kitchen,
Install cabinet base with sink& faucet
Install dishwasher
Install window in big closet under stairs
Install all electric light fixtures/ ceiling fans
Install electrical panel
Install electric outlets & switches ( to include GFI outlets)
Install 🚽 toilet:details include
Digging through the slab cement to hook to septic tank
Install power jet spa/ tub
Install water heater
Install water lines to connect wet location
Customer did not have vanity yet so we will do a turn around when she calls she is ready! She states she will do the caulking, painting, flooring,etc ( make-up work 😍)
I will see when we go back for vanity if I can get a picture of the tiny house 🏡 ☺️
We definitely had fun with this project and were very happy & proud to have help her complete it💯 Note: we did not install stairs or platform on top
