Looking for an office manager/head admin.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Answering phones
Accepting deliveries- packages, mail, office supplies, water etc.
Running weekly/daily errands- retrieve mail, overnight drops, mail box, bank misc. other
Office filing of vendor invoices and payments and annual rotation of files.
Office shipping and postage.
Office supplies- order as needed.
Process credit applications as needed.
Assist field with jobsite mobilizations.
Assist with field lodging arrangements as needed
Strong organizational and time management skills
Make photocopies, fax documents and perform other clerical functions related to processing payroll.
