Photocells are probably the simplest way to control your outside lighting, timers work great but a photocell doesn’t worry about thinks like daylight savings time, just turns on n off with sunset. You’ll see it labeled as “dusk to dawn.”

A couple of propane tube style infrared heaters to replace their old box heaters, no more open flame in the shop. Putting off more heat than they’ll ever need. Making sure we had clearances was tricky especially getting it far enough away from the lifts but not too close to the back wall. Electricians will argue til the end of time if aluminum wire does or does not need nolox. The bottom line is, unless the manufacturer says to or not it’s more preference, as long as everything is torqued correctly. Aluminum wire should be checked regularly anyway.

Please don’t overload your outlets with surge protectors and power strips. If you need more outlets added give us a shout, that’ll be the safer bet

Faaaar from the ideal situation, but a long time client of ours needed an air handler reinstalled to wrap up this portion of the project. A 33 year old air handler we got reinstalled and with sime aggressive persuasion its working like a charm, and updated a quote to replace the entire system in the near future.

At at apartment complex that was kind of hidden wanted a way to let the main road know they were there, so what’s better than getting a huge property sign lit up on the side of one of the buildings. No problem, power is ran waiting for the sign to come in to get hooked up.

Helped a shop with a little LED therapy today. Their 40 year old fluorescents were barely hanging in there. Now you almost have to wear sunglasses inside.
