What is the job like?

As a Lead Setter at Will Power Solar, you will be going to homeowners in a door to door style. Your job will be to inform homeowners about the benefits of Solar and invite them to meet with a specialist to explain the benefits of going solar.

No selling, just scheduling the appointment for the homeowner to meet with the specialist.

We are looking for motivated individuals who are looking for an opportunity to make an excellent income and work for a top-rated solar installation company.

No experience No problem. At Will Power Solar we invest our time and resources back into our employees. This means we will train and work with each employee on a personal level to help them succeed.

Qualifications:

- The ability to walk door to door

- Able to work from 2pm to 7pm

- Determination

- Willingness to learn

- Must have a personal working cell phone.

- Drive for success

Benefits:

$12/hr. base + Commission

- $25.00 bonus per qualified appointment booked and run by a company closer.

- $200.00 bonus for every qualified appointment generated that sells.
