This Hillsborough modern farmhouse was recently featured in Interiors + Design, and we’re proud to have served as the general contractor on the project.

Working alongside Heather Hilliard Design and Nyhus Design Group, the AV Builders team led the construction of this newly built, multigenerational residence, coordinating complex structural elements, steel window and door systems, and a high level of interior detailing throughout. The build required close attention to alignment between architecture and finishes, from the dramatic double-height entry to the carefully executed millwork, materials, and custom elements carried across the home.

Projects like this reflect the importance of disciplined planning, skilled trades, and consistent collaboration across every phase of construction, ensuring the design intent is fully realized on site.
