The master bedroom felt a little too small, and the closet definitely wasn’t working for us. So we’re reframing the entire closet for more space and giving the bathroom a full refresh while we’re at it. Progress is happening. 🔨✨

This was a long project with lots of changes from every angle but we managed to pull through and complete everything the client through at us!

Can’t wait to stop by for a glass of wine!

What started as a little mold in the bathroom turned into a major repair. A leaking wax ring let moisture seep into the subfloor, causing mold growth, soft spots, flexing, and cracked tiles. The fix meant pulling the toilet, removing mold-damaged tile and subfloor, treating everything with antimicrobial cleaners, and rebuilding the floor before reinstalling the fixtures. Sometimes the damage you can’t see is the worst part.

We’re trying to sell houses, but somehow we keep buying them. Every time we think we’re done, another deal shows up. If someone offers me a house for $600k that I know I can remodel myself and create value in, I’m probably taking it. The struggle is real: trying to unload properties while somehow collecting more.
