Check out this massive “ADU” more like a fully custom home Vista CA. 1200 SF feels way bigger than expected. Today was interior design walk day where we firm up hard design elements like niches, benches, plumbing fixtures and electrical fixture needs, and much more. Of course it’s always fun spending quality time with our clients and watching them see their dreams come true before their eyes. Want to build something special? Call EG! 🏡

SWIPE FOR DRAMATIC UPDATE. Does this bathroom look familiar? I’d your house was built in the late 80s, you probably have something remarkably similar. This small bathroom in an existing JADU (though it wasn’t called JADU back then… flex space?) is getting a major upgrade with custom tile and a zero transition (aka, no lip to step over- roll or walker right in) and wait until you see the installed finishes COMING SOON. Want to update your bathroom? Call EG for your dramatic bathroom ungrade 🙌
