is a level of immersion rarely found in a restaurant setting. Inspired by night markets in the Middle East, the cultural representation took years to fully realize.

Water is a central theme, evident in our wooden bridge you cross as you enter and full wall waterfall. Our back bars reflect the ornate detail and craftsmanship of Moroccan art, and the chef's counter brings you into the kitchen, much like the market stalls it represents. Elements that shape how people see and experience the world they've stepped into.

When you're part of a project like this, it's essential not to take lightly that you're the steward of someone's personal story and their hope to share it with others.

One of the really cool things about building restaurants is that you get to see them in use. Homes, much less often.

But knowing the thought and care someone puts into making a space their own, and the countless times they'll get to share it with their family and invite others in to experience it on a much more personal level, makes it just as rewarding.

Incredible work by the team on this curved, mirrored portal for one of our local legends . Often the simplest looking things are some of the most complex to execute. Integrating lights, clean transitions to neighboring finishes, working with existing sit conditions. But you'd never know it, and thats the way we like it.

The end result is an experience, and something countless people will not only see but feel the impact of.
