The technician did not take personal calls, nor engaged in inappropriate conversation or behavior.

In my case the repair was going to cost more to do it piece mail than all at one. The fact that they recommended a cheaper alternative than pushing for a higher bill made me feel most comfortable with future service calls."

Great review from Theresa... "This place is fantastic! My HVAC system actually went out last summer. I got several quotes last year by other companies and was so frustrated by the process and ridiculous quotes that I decided to wait until this spring to try again. Temo with Blue Collar came out to give one of the quotes and I was so happy with his professionalism, reasonable numbers and all around customer service we went with them. They completed the install (including coordinating the crane and permit etc…) last week and we couldn’t be happier. My only regret is not calling them sooner. Would have saved a lot of headache. Don’t hesitate to call this company… especially if you are in IB as they are local."
