📢 Phase 2 clinical trial update

Today, Cardiff Oncology announced positive data from CRDF-004, a randomized, Phase 2 clinical trial evaluating onvansertib in combination with standard-of-care in patients with first-line RAS-mutated metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC).

✅ Second patent for use of onvansertib

We’ve been issued a patent from United States Patent and Trademark Office for the method of using onvansertib in combination with bevacizumab (bev) for all bev-naïve patients including RAS-mutated and RAS wild type metastatic colorectal cancer patients across all lines of therapy.

We’re pleased to announce the successful completion of patient enrollment in our Phase 2 CRDF-004 trial evaluating onvansertib for the treatment of first-line RAS-mutated mCRC.

This “represents an important milestone in our mission to develop new treatments for a population who have not seen meaningful treatment advancements for decades,” said Mark Erlander, CEO, Cardiff Oncology. “As we move forward, we are eager to continue accruing additional clinical data and advancing towards regulatory discussions with FDA with the goal of bringing this transformative therapy to patients.”

We anticipate reporting additional clinical data from the trial in the first half of 2025.
