We are excited to welcome two exceptional leaders to D+H Construction! 👷‍♂️👷‍♀️

Jenny Olivero joins us as Project Executive, with a career spanning leadership roles in residential and commercial construction, including experience as a Regional VP. Jenny’s strategic leadership and ability to guide complex projects is proving to be invaluable to our teams and clients.

Jim Snow joins us as General Superintendent, bringing over 30 years of experience managing field operations, safety, and quality control for affordable housing projects throughout the Bay Area.

🏗️✨ Exciting news! We are thrilled to announce the completion of the rehabilitation of San Cristina in San Francisco! This historic wood-framed single room occupancy building has undergone a transformative renovation focused on structural and seismic stability, alongside energy efficiency upgrades.

The work includes a new domestic hot water and plumbing system, upgraded electrical systems with new switchgear, panels, and circuits, as well as a new elevator. Additionally, we’ve installed an upgraded sprinkler and life safety systems for enhanced security. The interior now boasts new community rooms, kitchens, and counseling spaces, while the exterior façade has been restored to its original appearance, featuring a beautifully restored metal cornice and refurbished wood and steel frame windows.

With 58 units, San Cristina continues to serve extremely low-income individuals, providing safe and affordable living spaces in our community. We are proud to contribute to a more comfortable, safer future for all residents!
