Needless to say, the neighbors were very pleased to see the eye sore removed. We removed a tree, added some landscape rock, new windows, doors, garage door and opener, roof and reconditioned the A/C.

The roof on this home was in definite need of renovation. We install new sheeting in areas, new flashing and roof jacks....

The roof on this home was in definite need of renovation. We install new sheeting in areas, new flashing and roof jacks. It was then finished with Owens Corning fiberglass shingles. Much better now as well as much more dry.

This was a huge upgrade. We took un-needed room from the laundry to add a new beautiful walk in shower, again with a doubled headed shower fixture. Porcelain glazed floor and wall tile as well as a new commode and hickory vanity. A very nice addition to the home.
