Vintage Fountain Pen Sales

Can anyone help me identify this fountain pen? I’m looking at a black chased hard rubber eyedropper pen that only has “The Model” on the barrel. Who makes this pen? What can you tell me about it? The nib is missing but otherwise it looks perfect.
