A little change up from my normal horse trailers as I just finished up a job for my amazing customer of welding and fabricating then installing a new hydraulic jack, 12 K winch, battery with solar charger and two under deck storage boxes.

I bought this trailer 5 months ago from the original owner whom is a great friend and customer who took great pride in her trailers.
My grand plan was to turn it into the ultimate smaller toy hauler… turns out I already have a toy hauler that’s to big and more toys than common sense, so here we are.

Originally purchased in Phoenix, AZ, and I’ve have all the original paperwork from the original sale.

This trailer is as they say

“true barn find”

and NOT one of those quick flips, fresh paint unknown of the true service performed as the photos show all the work completed and I have many more to share. The only thing the original owner ever replaced was the LQ living door.

Basically, if it could be upgraded, I upgraded it with new…

• All wiring wrapped, protected, and cleaner than most house wiring
• New brakes, bearings, and seals
• Deep cycle tandem batteries
• 100W solar panel with controller (so you can pretend you’re off-grid even at the rodeo grounds)
• LED lights everywhere—bright enough to question your life choices at night
• On-demand hot water heater for endless hot showers
• Fresh water tank upgraded from 14 → 49 gallons (because 14 gallons is basically a long sneeze)
• Inverter + smart charger setup
• New water pump and plumbing
• Floor redone the RIGHT way—no peel & stick nonsense as I prepped and sanded the entire LQ floor then rolled MBP primer then installed Rigid Core vinyl plank flooring with Welwood contact adhesive underneath
• Subbed out the experience of a professional interior painter for the LQ
• Pantry storage shelving with OEM auto off/on light
• Blackout thermal window coverings (sleep like a vampire after a long hard show)
• Maxx Fan in bathroom (goodbye regrets, goodbye smells)
• New shower setup, shower head and hose
• Professionally cleaned upholstery, carpet, and ceiling by Zero Rez
• Fold-down table and real wood folding chairs to throw up on the bed during transport
