I help service business owners build AI systems that follow up with leads, book jobs, and run their back office - without hiring more people or letting go of the ones you already trust.

Most service business owners are still paying someone to make basic marketing graphics.

I just uploaded a logo, gave AI the service area, phone number, and license number, and it generated a polished branded image on the spot.

No back and forth. No revision requests. No waiting 3 days.

If you run an HVAC, lawn care, plumbing, or pest removal company, this is the kind of setup that saves you hours every single week.

Your ideal customers are on Reddit right now complaining about the exact problems you solve.

I built a simple system that pulls the top 5 biggest pain points from any niche's subreddits. Then it drops them straight into a grand slam offer blueprint.

No more guessing what people want. They're already telling you. You just need a way to listen at scale.

The prompt and template are linked below.

If you run an HVAC company (or any service business), you don't need to pay a designer for marketing materials anymore.

I found a pamphlet from another company that I really liked. Uploaded it to AI, gave it my website URL, and told it to match the style but use my info.

Had a finished pamphlet in under a minute. The template and prompt I used are linked below.

If you run an HVAC company in Phoenix (or anywhere really), your customers are already online talking about their problems. They're on Reddit complaining about their AC going out in 115 degree heat.

I just asked Google Deep Research one question and got back 100 subreddits full of these people. One prompt. Under a minute.

Imagine knowing exactly where your ideal customer hangs out online before you spend a dollar on ads. That's what AI tools let you do right now.

If you run a service business and your marketing sounds different every time you post, this is for you.

I built one AI system that holds everything about your brand. Logo, colors, fonts, phone numbers, license numbers, service areas. Then I layered in two proven marketing frameworks so every piece of content it writes is high quality AND sounds like you.

No more inconsistent posts. No more starting from scratch every time. One system, total brand consistency.

The setup walkthrough is linked below.

Here's a NotebookLM feature most people skip right over.

You can toggle your uploaded sources on and off individually. So if you only want it to reference your brand guidelines and logo but not your offer page, just flip the toggles.

It won't use anything that's turned off. Simple, but it changes how precise your outputs are.

If you're using NotebookLM for your service business, this is worth knowing.

I was looking at this HVAC company's Google reviews and honestly couldn't believe it. 160+ reviews, all five stars. That's not normal.

Most service businesses are thrilled with a 4.9. So how did they do it?

They lead with a satisfaction guarantee and a promise of honest repair recommendations. "You will never be sold something you don't need." That one line builds more trust than any ad campaign ever could.

If you run a service business, this is the model.

Service business owners are still paying thousands for brand identity packages.

I sat down with ChatGPT, gave it one role assignment ("you ARE a senior graphic designer"), fed it some basics about an HVAC company in Queen Creek, and it came back with a complete brand kit. Color palette, typography, brand voice guidelines, website structure... the whole thing.

The difference between "pretend you're a designer" and "you ARE a designer" actually matters. Try it.

The prompt I used is linked below.

Most service business owners spend hours trying to write an offer that actually connects with customers. I just asked AI to do it in under a minute.

I took a real HVAC company's website, fed it into AI, and told it to use Alex Hormozi's $100M Offers framework to build something that speaks directly to the homeowner's pain.

What came back? A same-day AC rescue offer that hits on every frustration a customer has: warm air, weird noises, leaking water, hidden fees, unreliable contractors.

This is the kind of thing service business owners can set up once and use across every campaign.

The prompt and system I'm using are linked below.

We ran an AI deep dive on what HVAC customers actually complain about the most.

Number one on the list? Distrust of contractors and high pricing. Not the work itself. Not the equipment. Trust.

So we built a NotebookLM system for one company that positions their five-star reputation front and center. The way it frames everything makes that top objection a non-issue before the first phone call.

If you run a service business and you're not using AI to understand what your customers actually care about, you're leaving money on the table. The setup is linked below.
