Friday looked a little different for the TSE Construction crew, and we wouldn't have it any other way.

We teamed up with ModaScapes Interior Design for a full team building day focused on growth, process improvement, and what it really means to show up strong for each other and for our clients.

In construction, we talk a lot about the foundation. Friday reminded us that your team IS the foundation. Everything else gets built on top of the people, the communication, and the culture you create together.

We came away with new ideas, better systems, and a whole lot of energy heading into the week.

Grateful for an incredible team and even better partners.

First time at Design for Dogs and we are hooked.

Our crew teamed up with the talented designers at ModaScapes Interior Design to build "Fur la table" -- a sculptural coffee table with a hidden dog kennel tucked inside, crafted from 15-ply birch plywood with a concrete-coated surface and clean black accents. Our guys Doug and Brian crushed it.

We brought home 3rd place in our first year competing and had a blast doing it.
All proceeds benefit the Arizona Animal Welfare League , the state's oldest and largest no-kill shelter. A great cause made even better by great company.

The home stretch in Princess Views. ✨

We're in the final stages of this stunning Scottsdale remodel designed by and watching all the pieces come together is what we live for.

Right now, our electricians are installing fixtures, cabinet finishers are perfecting every surface, millwork specialists are completing custom details, and flooring experts are laying the foundation for this neutral contemporary design. It's a carefully choreographed dance where every trade plays a critical role.

This Princess Views home, located just steps from the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess and TPC Scottsdale, deserves nothing less than perfection. The homeowners trusted us with their vision, ModaScapes brought sophisticated design to life, and our skilled craftsmen are delivering the flawless ex*****on that luxury homes in North Scottsdale demand.

What a night. 🏆

Demo day reality check ✅

We're in the thick of this whole home remodel and today's task was tile removal. As expected with older concrete, the tile didn't want to let go easily.

When we started lifting tiles, chunks of the concrete came up with them. This is pretty common: the concrete softens over time and bonds too strongly with the tile adhesive.

The solution? Complete floor leveling before we move forward. It's not unexpected, but it's necessary to ensure the stunning new design from ModaScapes Interior Design sits on a solid, level foundation.

This is standard protocol for quality remodeling work. You don't install beautiful new materials over compromised subfloors and hope for the best. You address it properly from the start.

TSE Construction is partnering with ModaScapes Interior Design to deliver remodels that look incredible AND stand the test of time. That means doing the prep work right, even when it's not the glamorous part.

This phase of a remodel rarely looks beautiful, but it’s where everything that follows is set up for success.

Demo is nearly complete on this Scottsdale interior design project, in collaboration with TSE Construction and the groundwork for a truly special transformation is in place. This Arizona whole home remodel includes new flooring throughout, a redesigned layout that reflects how the homeowners actually live, elevated doors and archways, and a custom wine cellar designed to feel timeless, intentional, and personal.

This stage is about clarity and coordination. Design and construction working together to remove what no longer serves the home and rebuild it with comfort, function, and long-term value in mind.

The disruption is temporary.
The result will feel effortless.
