Had to remove an old deck and put back some steps.

Remove all bad subflooring, replace about 27 bad floor joist, reframed walls and extended bathroom walls to make them bigger and rewire what needed to be rewired, drywall all new walls and bad areas, new electrical service and panel. Before and after pics

Full remodel of older home. Had to rewire the whole house and now starting to hang new drywall....

Had to rip out and old rotten bathroom floor and put in some new joist and subflooring. Then new flooring n the bathroom, hallway and kitchen.

Hadn't got a chance to post anything new in a while so here's the latest....

Had to remove old tub and install new shower pan and tile the walls. Also put new flooring and trim in the kitchen and bathrooms. Another happy customer :-)
