Who would be willing to live in an apartment complex with friendly, smart, motivated, technical neighbors and you would all work together on science projects , robotics, drones, new inventions, VR apps, space related products for our company? You would pay a flat rent price of $1000/ month that covers the rent, food (3 meals a day), water, sewer, electric, gas, a/c and heat, cable tv, fiber optic internet, trash pickup, lawn care and access and use of our big workshop (basic tools, welders, 3d printers, cutting torches, air compressors, etc.) and can have your own office, own work area and cubicle desk. All this for $1000 usd per month. You would volunteer 20 hours a week to work for our company's projects without pay. While not on the clock you would have all access to the tools, workshop, office, etc for your own projects and agree to donate 25% of earnings of your services or products/inventions you make here to our "company." After your 20 hours of volunteering we may schedule you to do more work if you want, and deduct from the cost of your monthly rent. What is your opinion? These details are negotiable.

One day, you will be able to buy your children or grand-children a gift card, good for 1 hour of drive-time, of one of our rovers on the Moon with a live video feed. They will be able to control it on our website. I hope to bring this opportunity to you in real life. It may take 5, 10, 20, or 30 years, but I plan on completing that goal. Right now, we are currently testing a rover in a large studio that is ALREADY ABLE to be driven on our website with a live camera feed. It will be easy to keep upgrading until the final goal is achieved on the Moon or Mars. By then we hope to have quantum communication for no lag-time controls on Mars. We are going to add a holodeck to the Spaceship Simulator Project! A holodeck (in Star Trek) is a room that creates a virtual world using holograms. We will be using Oculus rift for the user and for the live stream viewers we will use bluscreen and augmented reality with an optional plug-in for Oculus rift if you have one. It will be compatible with 360 video and Google cardboard, and other 360 video/virtual reality goggles you can make yourself with your cell phone.
