UPDATE:
The winter storm for the upcoming weekend Jan 25 through the following week may effect your home comfort. In conditions of snow, ice and freezing rain it is advised to utilize secondary heat sources such as gas heaters, logs and any other source you may have. When temperatures get into the teens and single digits your HVAC system may struggle to keep up. For heat pumps, you will most likely notice your auxiliary heat frequently coming on in these conditions. Your heat pump will run in defrost mode more frequently than usual. Our call volume is already very high, but please do not hesitate to call the office at 7316456487. We are constantly on job sites and in and out of the office, so if you are unable to reach us please, leave a brief detailed message with your phone number, address and issue and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
*All of our loaner electric heaters are reserved for the sick and elderly and we are low on stock.
DISCLAIMER: If you have infants or toddlers, placing secondary heat sources too closely, such as electric heaters - CAN cause heatstroke and suffocation.
Thank you,
Danny Roberts Heating and Air, LLC.
