Jiles Heating and Air will be closed for the entire week of August 24th through August 28th as our family takes time to grieve the loss of my mom, Lisa, make funeral arrangements, and simply be together during an incredibly difficult time.

As many of you know, my mom had been battling bile duct cancer, and she passed away yesterday surrounded by the people who loved her most.

Right now, my family needs a little time away from work to process everything, make the necessary arrangements, and honor her life the way she deserves.

We truly appreciate the patience, prayers, messages, and support from our customers, friends, and community. It means more to us than I could ever put into words.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate everyone understanding that, for this week, family has to come first.

We will resume normal hours the following week August 31st.

A Quick Update From Our Family at Jiles Heating & Air.

We wanted to let our customers, friends, and community know that we will be out of commission for the next couple of days and may be slower than usual returning calls and messages.

Unfortunately, our family is going through an incredibly difficult time. My mom has been battling cancer, and after a long and courageous fight, her cancer has progressed rapidly. Right now, our priority is being together as a family, keeping her comfortable, and spending this precious time by her side.

As a small family-owned business, when something like this happens, there really isn’t a way to separate family from the business. We hope everyone can understand that for the next few days, family has to come first.

If you currently have work scheduled with us or are waiting to hear back from us, we haven’t forgotten about you. We will get back to everyone and get caught up as soon as we possibly can. We just ask for a little patience and understanding during this time.

We are incredibly grateful for every customer who has supported Jiles Heating & Air over the years. Your business allows our family to do what we do every day, and your understanding right now means more than you know.

Most importantly, if you’re a person of faith, I ask that you please keep my mom and our family in your prayers in the days ahead.
