96% efficient 2 stage Amana furnace with a Honeywell zoning system. Furnace has a 10 year warranty on parts and a lifetime warranty on the heat exchanger. If the heat exchanger ever fails the customer gets a new furnace not just a replacement heat exchanger!

This is a Dunkirk Helix boiler with a Smart 75 gallon indirect storage tank. The boiler is heating the infloor heat in the basement, master bedroom and master bathroom. We ran the radiant tubing under the shower and around the rim of the big whirlpool tub for extra comfort. The 75 gallon Smart tank, also heated by the boiler, is providing the needed amount of hot water for the whirlpool tub and still capable of keeping up with the shower at the same time! These are impressive sytems.
