Shift your position, and the scene changes entirely.

A single living expanse, sculpted to reveal half a dozen distinct moods. Turn toward the glass, and you are immersed in jetliner views; turn toward the center, and the space shifts into an intimate, hearth-lit sanctuary.

Precision craftsmanship ensures every perspective feels entirely new, yet beautifully connected.

Arbutus: Coming Soon

A new hillside residence is nearing the finish line, and we’re excited to share a closer look at what’s taking shape.

Set in Mandeville Canyon, Arbutus is a 17,700-square-foot contemporary compound designed by SOLKATT, featuring nearly 16,000 square feet of outdoor deck space and sweeping southern views of Los Angeles and the coastline.

Arbutus reflects our commitment to thoughtful construction, technical precision, and bringing ambitious architectural visions to life.

Follow to stay tuned for the reveal.

Architectural refinement is a technical discipline.

Creating spaces with flush transitions, custom millwork integration, and exact material alignment takes painstaking layouts and precision framing long before the final finishes arrive on site. Luxury isn’t just an aesthetic; it’s the quality of ex*****on behind every line.

True modern construction doesn’t stop at the exterior envelope.

We deliver the total vision: the structural geometry, the integrated landscaping, and the precise finish work that defines the interior experience.

Every component is intentional. Every connection is clean. Built to a higher standard.

Continuity Across the Main Level

Scribing full-height dark timber paneling directly into floor-to-ceiling glass. Balancing heavy book-matched stone slabs above low-profile fireplaces. Concealing massive structural cantilevers to keep light-flooded stairwells entirely open.

Behind the Build: Arbutus

Our team recently spent time together on site at the 17,700-square-foot residence, walking the home, talking through the work, and taking a moment to appreciate how far it has come. Led by Project Manager Carla Gonzales, the meeting was as much about the people behind Arbutus as it was about the project itself.

As we get closer to the finish line, it’s rewarding to experience this stage together and see the result of so much collective effort.

A closer look at Stradella.

For us, a build is only as good as its tightest corner. Whether it’s the custom wood patterns or the way the kitchen stone catches the light, the goal is always a clean, permanent finish.
