Every great flip starts with a vision.

For this lakeside home, we aren’t just updating finishes—we’re creating a light, timeless retreat that feels right at home in the community. Our goal is to bring the outdoors in with bright, airy spaces and a clean coastal-inspired design.

Here’s the direction we’re taking:
🤍 White shaker cabinets extending to the ceiling
🖤 Navy island for a bold focal point
✨ White quartz countertops
💙 Navy subway tile backsplash for a pop of color
🌿 Warm light oak LVP flooring throughout
🚿 A spa-inspired primary bath featuring:
• White floor-to-ceiling tile
• Frameless glass shower
• Double vanity with quartz countertops
• Brushed nickel fixtures
• Navy accent tile in the shower niche
🛏️ A peaceful primary suite with layered neutrals, a cozy sitting area, and elegant navy-and-white bedding inspired by lake living.

The transformation is all about creating a home that feels fresh, sophisticated, and welcoming—perfect for relaxing after a day on the water or entertaining family and friends.

We can’t wait to take you along for the journey as this home goes from Shabby to Fabby!

🔨 Shabby to Fabby Transformation in Progress! 🏡✨

Out with the old, in with the new!

We’re saying goodbye to the aging T1-11 siding and giving this home a major exterior upgrade with James Hardie Board & Batten siding. The old siding had seen better days, and it was time for a fresh, durable, and modern look that will stand the test of time.

✅ Removed damaged and outdated T1-11
✅ Installed weather-resistant Hardie siding
✅ Added clean board & batten lines for a modern farmhouse feel
✅ Increased curb appeal and long-term value

The difference is already incredible, and we’re just getting started! Stay tuned as this property continues its journey from Shabby to Fabby.

🌿 From Overgrown to Opportunity! 🌿

Every great flip starts with a vision… and sometimes that vision is hidden beneath years of overgrowth.

Swipe to see the before and after of our newest project! The first step was tackling the backyard jungle—removing brush, clearing undergrowth, opening up usable space, and revealing the true size and potential of the lot.

What was once an overgrown area is now a clean canvas ready for grading, grass seed, landscaping, and the next phase of this transformation.

It’s amazing what a little hard work and heavy equipment can uncover. Stay tuned as we continue turning this property from Shabby to Fabby!

Some spaces just speak to you… and this one has been whispering to me since the moment I saw those original service bays and that iconic mid-century roofline.

I’m beyond excited to share that my next Shabby to Fabby transformation is officially underway — and it’s unlike anything I’ve ever flipped before!

📍 Location: 980 Hwy 16, Denver, NC
🏚️ Then: A nostalgic old gas station with decades of character
🏗️ Now: The future Repair Pros Studio, and my first commercial flip!

Swipe to see one of the most dramatic before-and-after moments in this entire farmhouse renovation ➡️

What started as a dated, cramped kitchen with heavy cabinets, busy tile, and low lighting has been completely reinvented into a bright, open, modern farmhouse showpiece.

🔥 Here’s what changed:
• Removed old cabinets and replaced them with a stunning two-tone design (warm wood + crisp white)
• Installed a custom wood range hood for a true high-end focal point
• Added fresh white quartz countertops throughout
• Swapped the dated backsplash for a clean, timeless white tile pattern
• Opened the wall to create a seamless flow into the living room
• Added brass hardware, new lighting, and beautiful exposed beams for warmth and character
• Upgraded to a farmhouse sink + sleek fixtures
• Reworked the layout to include a functional, stylish island with seating

The result is a kitchen that feels spacious, intentional, and perfect for cooking, entertaining, and gathering. This space went from dark and dated to magazine-worthy ✨

✨ Living Room Transformation Reveal! ✨
From closed-off and dated to warm, open, and absolutely stunning — this living room makeover completely changed the heart of the home.

What used to be a simple space with popcorn ceilings, basic lighting, and a painted brick fireplace has been reimagined into a spacious, modern gathering area full of character and comfort.

🔥 Here’s what we did:
• Removed the outdated finishes and refreshed the entire space
• Installed new recessed lighting + a statement ceiling fan
• Transformed the fireplace with a gorgeous charcoal tone and natural wood mantels
• Opened the wall to the kitchen to create an airy, connected layout
• Added warm, inviting furnishings and updated décor
• Preserved the oversized picture window to keep that beautiful natural light

The result? A cozy, upscale living room that flows effortlessly into the kitchen and feels like it belongs in a modern farmhouse magazine spread.

Every detail was chosen to create warmth, charm, and comfort — perfect for family gatherings, lazy weekends, or hosting guests at the Fisher Farmstead Retreat.
