First we would like to say we are sorry for the family’s loss😢. We would also like to commend our local Siloam Springs Police Department. We will be offering free installation of security cameras and doorbells and such for all our Siloam family all you have to do is provide the equipment.

Unfortunately this world has gotten crazy , beliefs , gender, race , at the end of the day none of that matters, we are all people with loved ones. We need to all have means to protect ourselves and look out for others. I believe I read somewhere today Arkansas is now #5 in the US for crime rate and that is just crazy , I would have never believed that before . With all the murders and drugs and predators out in the world we need to be able to catch them and stop them. We are in 2025 the technology is here. I am not a rich man by any means and I can only help with what I have the means to help with and that just so happens to be helping family’s get some sense of security

The Siloam Springs Police Department is currently investigating a capital murder that occurred this afternoon in the 300 block of Meadow Court. Our prayers and deepest condolences go out to the family of the victim during this difficult time.

We would like to extend our gratitude to the residents of Meadow Court for their patience and cooperation as the investigation unfolds. We also wish to thank the witnesses who came forward, as their assistance has been invaluable.

I want to commend the outstanding response of all Siloam Springs Police Department officers and investigators who worked this scene. Their professionalism, dedication, and teamwork were exemplary and reflect the highest standards of service to our community.

We can confirm that two arrests have been made in connection with this homicide. The shooter has been arrested and identified as 19-year-old Braylon Farris of Fayetteville, Arkansas. The other suspect is a juvenile and information will not be released at this time. While the investigation remains ongoing, there is no further danger to the community.

Most companys wouldnt even consider doing this Customer provided Minisplit because they couldnt charge their markups and margins, but we dont play those games and sales gimmciks. So heres that customer provided minisplit we installed the other day in the children’s play room addition. Yes you’re right that is one of the cleanest mini split installs you will ever see and exactly where and how the customer wanted it!

Get your system inspected today!

Customer stated they had a rental that wasn’t cooling , we arrived to the scene and found the system firstly running but frozen solid as it was already late in the evening we informed them we would have to come back in the morning when it was thawed

Returned and found the Evaporator Coil was plugged solid with debris and pet hair not allowing the unit to breathe causing the unit to freeze solid which most techs would say was low refrigerant and try to sell you a new coil or system , but we believe in honesty and options. A simple cleaning and we got it back up and running in no time however something like this can corrode the coil and cause it to leak and or burn out a blower motor or compressor thus becoming a major problem.

Customer stated the unit made a horrible noise and they had someone check it out who told them the mounts were broke.

We arrived to find a 20+ year old unit that if the mounts and housing were broke it would mean replacement as the parts were no longer available… turns out the motor bearings were bad and the mounts and housing were fine saving this customer thousands and fixing his system , yes this system could be replaced with something more efficient but we give options around here and their is a time and place for repair vs replacement this one made since to repair as the rest of the system was operating fine just needs cleaned
