Sharing the foyer and the staircase to the second level in a house that we just completed. We put a fresh coat of white on all of the previously painted trim. The walls are painted in Sherwin-Williams cream and sugar. Completely transformed the space! Lots more before after from this Home to come. We did the entire home first and second floor. (before pictures at the end of the pictures.)

One of my favorite rooms in our house! I spend a lot of time here. 🙂 I love The gathering space that we created for friends and family. The LVT flooring has been amazing under foot. Other than our bedroom, we spend more time in this room than any other room in our house and absolutely love it. Scroll to the end and you can see that before pictures.

10 years…. That’s how long it had been since Mark’s last client had been in her basement. The 3rd step down was gone/broken through, the concrete step at the bottom was wonky and a serious tripping hazard, and there was no handrail.

2 days, less than $2,000 for an entire new run of steps, concrete fixed, and a handrail installed. 10 years ago, that repair would have been significantly less simply because labor and materials have increased sharply since 2020….

This 80+ year old went to her basement and back out on her own strength and said, “I haven’t been down there in 10 years.” 😭😭😭

What repairs or updates need to be taken care of in your home so you can be safe, enjoy your entire home, and live life to its fullest?

I finally get to share pictures of this job we completed recently. Eric and Kelly asked me to come in and do a walk-through of their entire space for an intentional home assessment. We got to know them and discussed options on how to create the warm cozy gathering space these empty nesters were seeking. I made a few suggestions specifically changing out the furniture in the living room and the former dining room that was being used mostly for dog kennels. Kelly was so excited to create a library in that dining room room and they picked up a few new pieces of furniture for seating in the living room per my suggestions. The wall color changed ever so slightly, but the shift in the undertone it made a huge impact! We also chose to do a pseudo color drench by using the wall color on the ceiling to create a little more cozy feel with these beautiful high ceilings. The knocked it out of the park with their design and furniture choices. Absolutely lovely people to work with! Thank you so much Kelli and Eric!
