We use many different construction science applications in our custom home builds. One of which is the use of professionally installed insulation. From open cell spray foam insulation in the attic to the blown-in-blanket insulation in the exterior walls, the team at Koala Insulation has it covered.

Man....its 🔥🥵. That's not slowing the team getting this Rogers County custom home build ready for insulation, drywall and brick!!!

The company Silverado is putting in the work this morning!!!! We were taking 19 tons of Granbury chopped stone the last 3/4 mile to a remote rural custom home build because the delivery tractor and trailer couldn't make it around a corner.

It was another hot, but beautiful, Oklahoma day at one of our amazing custom home builds. The team at Freestyle Roofing battled through the heat to get this amazing GAF Timberline HDZ shingled roof installed.

🇺🇸 Happy 250th Independence Day! 🇺🇸

From all of us at 1873 Homes and The Renovate Team, LLC, we wish you and your family a wonderful Independence Day as we celebrate 250 years of American freedom.

Today is a day to enjoy time with family and friends, fire up the grill, watch the fireworks, and reflect on the courage, sacrifice, and vision of those who helped establish our nation—and of the generations who have worked to preserve the freedoms we enjoy today.

We're grateful to live, work, and build homes in the great state of Oklahoma, and we're especially thankful for the trust our clients place in us each and every day.

Have a safe, joyful, and memorable Fourth of July!

Happy 250th Independence Day from your friends at The Renovate Team & 1873 Homes! 🇺🇸🎆
