This customer had repeat issues with sewage clogging up constantly. We used our sewer camera and found that the existing drain had a “belly” in it mixed with roots. We replaced all cast iron pipe from house to city clean out with new PVC pipe in the yard.

We worked with Newport News Waterworks to relocate this customers water meter. They had about 300’ of water line that was dealing with multiple breaks due to roots. We found all the existing water connections closer to the building and got rid of 300’ of liability.

One of our most rewarding projects involved creating a safe bathing environment for the parent of a long-standing customer experiencing health decline. We replaced the outdated bathtub with a specially designed shower featuring no threshold, allowing for effortless entry. The shower's built-in backing enabled the secure fitting of a fold-down seat and grab bars, providing much needed support. We also installed a new shower valve system, complete with a handheld sprayer and rainfall shower head.
