Love your neighborhood but not your house?
That’s usually where we come in.

Sometimes we tear it down and start over.
Sometimes we keep the bones and completely rework the house around them.

Either way, the goal is the same: build a home that actually fits your family and how you live.

A lot of people assume they need to move to get what they want. Sometimes they do. Sometimes we help them find the right property and rebuild from there.

Demo always gets the attention. The planning is what makes the finished product work.

If you’re trying to figure out whether to renovate, add on, rebuild, or start fresh somewhere else, reach out. We’ll help you sort through it.

Most people think a bigger kitchen means removing a wall.

Sometimes it does.
Sometimes the only real answer is adding square footage.

This one started as a tight kitchen with good bones, but there just wasn’t enough room for the layout the homeowners wanted. So we bumped the house out and rebuilt the space around how they actually live.

Bigger island. Better flow. Real laundry room + bath. More natural light.

A project like this looks clean at the end, but there’s a lot buried behind the walls — structural work, roof tie-ins, inspections, drainage, HVAC, electrical. The stuff nobody sees is usually the hardest part.

Worth it though. Kitchen finally fits the house now.

One thing about custom home builds — no matter how much planning happens upfront, there are always adjustments along the way. Some decisions become urgent. Others make more sense once you can actually see the house taking shape.

Don’s walking through a few of those items here as siding goes up and we move closer toward inspections.

A lot of things look very different during framing than they do once drywall, lighting, and finishes are in. You have to constantly balance planning ahead while also reacting to real field conditions as the project evolves.

That’s just part of the process.

And yes… HVAC returns always look massive before they get boxed in 😂

Foundation installed in 6 hours.

Two years behind the scenes to get here — merging two small lots in Piscataway into one buildable property.

Excavation took 4 days.
Superior Walls were installed in 1.

Everything was laid out and staked ahead of time. No guessing once the crane shows up.

Pro tip — if your foundation layout isn’t right, nothing else will be.

This one’s a spec build — we’ll be bringing it to market once we’re further along.

Next up is plumbing in the basement and first floor decking to lock everything in.

Most people never see this part of the process — everything above grade depends on this being right.

This is what a basic bathroom looks like when you just do it right.

Second-floor bath. Standard size.
We kept the layout and focused on finishes.

Whole thing took about 8–10 working days.
That’s pretty typical when there’s no major changes.

During demo upstairs, you’ll usually get a few nail pops below.
Normal. We fix it before we leave.

Pro tip: don’t rush your selections.
That’s what makes or breaks the room.

If you’re thinking about doing yours next, just reach out.

Winter doesn’t stop a good crew… just makes the coffee stronger.

Holidays. Snow. Freezing temps.
Not ideal when you’re trying to wrap up exterior work.

But we stayed on the same page with the homeowner and kept pushing when it mattered. That’s what gets a job across the finish line.

Appreciate the kind words — being responsive and easy to reach shouldn’t be a bonus… it’s the baseline.

Pro tip: Projects don’t fall apart from delays — they fall apart from poor communication.

We got it done. Appreciate you, Charles & Dianna.

This isn’t just construction — it’s personal.

That’s why I’m not a volume builder. I don’t just build boxes.

Every project deserves real attention, clear communication, and a team that’s aligned from day one.

That’s what makes the difference.

Don Kim from DK Mercer Design has been one of my go-to architects lately.

We’ve been in constant communication on a bunch of projects — going back and forth on ideas, pricing, and overall approach — and we’re very aligned in how we think and operate.

One thing I always tell homeowners — pay attention to how your architect and contractor communicate early on. If things are clear, responsive, and dialed in from the start, the project usually runs a whole lot smoother. Makes a big difference.

Appreciate the words, Don. Looking forward to continuing to build together.

This is the finished version.

Same house. Same layout. Just done right.

I always love seeing the reactions — especially those texts I get when they come home and see all the progress for the first time.

For a few days, the house was upside down… floors covered, furniture moved, everyone adjusting.

Now it’s clean, simple, and feels like new again.

No major changes. Just cleaned up and done properly.

Appreciate you guys trusting us with your home — and honestly, the boys looked forward to coming here every day. Thanks so much for all the food 😂

We’ll let the video speak for itself on this one.

This house was in great shape. Just… dated.

We came in, covered everything, moved furniture, flipped the house upside down for 2 weeks — which always feels a little crazy when you’re living through it.

But this is where the transformation happens.

New hardwood in the master.
Full interior repaint.
Shower refresh.
Bigger island. New countertops.

That’s it.

No layout changes. No full remodel.

Just smart upgrades in the right places.

Pro tip: Painting isn’t the hard part. Prep is.
Protection, skim coating, clean lines — that’s what actually changes how the house feels.

It’s going to feel like a completely different home. Final video coming soon!
