KW Custom Controls is offering some exciting updated photos of our growth and momentum at the new electrical production facility. Under Mike Maxwell's leadership, setting up a new plant to be both productive and safe is no small feat, but it looks like August is bringing fantastic progress.

KW Custom Controls LLC Announces Major Expansion

We are excited to announce that KW Custom Controls LLC has officially signed the lease on a new 90,000-square-foot manufacturing facility, more than doubling our current production space under one roof.

We were fortunate to find a facility that is literally just around the corner from our current location and perfectly suited to support our continued growth. Most importantly, however, we are grateful for customers like you who have trusted us with your critical power generation projects. This investment reflects our long-term commitment to supporting your future work with increased capacity, improved efficiency, and the resources needed to meet your growing demands. We also want to thank you for your patience and partnership as we've prepared for this next chapter.

For the past several months, Tim Amend, Mike Maxwell, and the entire KWCC team have been carefully planning this expansion. Now comes the exciting part—bringing those plans to life. Our official move-in and possession date is October 1. Between now and then, we'll be working closely with the landlord to prepare the facility and ensure it's ready for KWCC operations.
