Exciting progress at our NEW Plant 2! Our units are now in place, and our teams are hard at work receiving, organizing, and tagging materials to ensure everything is ready for its designated location.
Meanwhile, our electricians are busy installing customer-assigned equipment into the units, bringing us one step closer to our goal.

KW Custom Controls has officially reached the 8-year mark since reopening our doors under new ownership!

The road wasn’t always easy in the beginning, but through hard work, perseverance, and the dedication of our incredible team, we made it through—and we’re proud of how far we’ve come.

Today, we’re excited to announce that KWCC is expanding into a second facility! This milestone is a testament to the talent and commitment of our staff, as well as the continued support
and trust of our valued customers.

We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who has been part of our journey over the past eight years. We’re excited to see what the next eight years bring and look forward to continuing to grow, serve our customers, and build an even stronger future together.

Here’s to 8 years—and to many more ahead!

The KW Custom Controls staff got together to share some good times, great food, and, most importantly, to wish one of our own, Chris Ruppert, the very best as he begins his next chapter in retirement.

Chris has been a valued part of Koontz Wagner for more than 26 years. Throughout his career, he worked his way from Electrical Helper to Journeyman Electrician and ultimately to Electrical Shop Foreman.

During his time at KW, Chris became not only a dedicated and valued employee, but also a mentor to many of our younger and newly hired electricians.

His knowledge, experience, and willingness to help others have made a lasting impact on those around him.

Chris will certainly be missed by his KW family, but we are excited for him as he begins this well-deserved next chapter.

Congratulations on your retirement, Chris! We wish you the very best of luck, good health, and many great years ahead. Enjoy every minute of it—you've earned it!
