This one was a complete condenser replacement, and it just so happened to be the last R-410A condenser we had in stock.

This wasn't just a unit replacement... it was a complete system upgrade.

The original HVAC system had been serving this home since it was built over 30 years ago. After decades of faithful service, it finally reached the end of its life.

Before recommending equipment, we performed a proper heat load calculation. The original system was a 2.5-ton unit, but based on the home's age, insulation values, and cooling requirements, the load calculation showed that a 3-ton system was the correct size for improved comfort and performance.
