This TXV was causing the unit to run inefficiently. The customers house couldn't keep up. Not to mention the other company wanted to charge them for a full charge of refrigerant for no reason.

Complaint: this side of the house always feels hot + house is always dusty and filters always so dirty

Repair: fill the gaping hole that the unused vent fan creates into the attic space by installing some duct board and seal it tight with mastic

Your AC has to work on sunday and therefore so do I.
